“Oh my gosh, look at her butt!!”: 5 ways to “boost your caboose”

It’s no secret that women of color tend to have and embrace their bigger butts or rumps, lol.  Remember, the curvaceous body shape consists of big breast and big butt and small waist.  The other day I was watching the Today Show and they had a great segment on ways to “boost the caboose” aka backside.  Guest Trainer, Harley Pasternak said that we often only work the front of our legs when working out our lower half and forget about exercises to enhance the rear.  He shared five really fun ways that we can use to work the muscles in the back including the “glutes and hamstrings”.  That would be the butt and thighs :-)   I especially like the moves Harley shared because they were very creative and different from the typical squats, lol. And you can feel the muscles working right away. Not to mention you can do them right at home. I promise you’re gonna want to try these out and/or add them to your workout routine! Check it out:
